- St. Pölten - Linz - via Selzthal (2 changes/duration: approx. 4.5 hrs.)
- Graz - direct connection to Schladming (0 changes/duration: approx. 2.5 hrs.)
From the south:
- Villach - via Bischofhofen (1 change/duration: approx. 2.5 hrs.)
- Klagenfurt - via Bischofshofen (1 change/duration: approx. 3 hrs.)

Should you wish to use public transport after arriving at Schladming train station, you can use bus lines 900 and 975. These stop directly in front of congress Schladming.
