Arrival by train

You can arrive and depart from all directions in a relaxed and emission-free manner with our mobility partner, ÖBB. Schladming train station is ideally connected and can also be reached internationally with just one change.  

From the west:

  • Bregenz - via Innsbruck (1 detour/duration: approx. 6 hours)
  • Innsbruck - direct connection to Schladming (0 changes/duration: approx. 3.5 hours)

From the north:

  • Salzburg - direct connection to Schladming (0 changes/duration: approx. 1.5 hours)
  • Linz - via Selzthal (1 detour/duration: approx. 3.5 hours)

From the east:

  • Eisenstadt - Vienna - via Leoben (2 changes/duration: approx. 5 hours)
  • Vienna - via Leoben (1 change/duration: approx. 4 hours)
  • St. Pölten - Linz - via Selzthal (2 changes/duration: approx. 4.5 hours)
  • Graz - direct connection to Schladming (0 changes/duration: approx. 2.5 hours)

From the south:

  • Villach - via Bischofhofen (1 detour/duration: approx. 2.5 hours)
  • Klagenfurt - via Bischofshofen (1 change/duration: approx. 3 hours)

If you want to use public transportation after arriving at Schladming train station, you can use bus lines 900 and 975. These stop directly in front of the congress Schladming.
The congress Schladming can also be reached on foot from Schladming train station in 18 minutes (walking distance 1.5 km).

Parking facilities

Underground parking garage:

  • under the congress Schladming with direct access to the building.
  • 70 paid parking spaces (tariff: € 1.80 per hour or part thereof, daily maximum € 15)
  • Entrance height: 2.20 m
  • The barrier-free system eliminates the need to take a ticket. Your license plate number is recorded automatically. Before exiting, simply enter your license plate number into the pay station in the underground car park (directly at the entrance to congress Schladming). The parking fee can be paid cashless by credit or debit card.
  • Alternatively, you can pay for your parking online up to 4 days after leaving the garage: PAY.ARIVO

Outdoor parking lots:

  • 70 paid parking spaces around the congress center
    (tariff: € 1.20 per hour or part thereof)

Event transportation

During the entire event, we offer you the possibility of environmentally friendly transportation from Schladming train station to congress Schladming with a shuttle bus service

Alternatively, you can use public transport. Bus lines 900 and 975 stop in front of congress Schladming.

The congress Schladming can be reached on foot from Schladming train station in 18 minutes (walking distance 1.5 km).

In order to promote sustainable travel, you can submit a corresponding CO₂ compensation when traveling to or from the event by car or plane, e.g. via Climate Partner.
